Reverend Dr. Nathan Johnston is a Cherokee Nation Artist, Father, and Founder of the Interaction Focused Family Institute.
As a descendant of both Nancy Ward (Nanyehi) and Ezekiel Starr, Nathan grew up in a family that traded generational wealth for financial independence.
Crossing the bridge between worlds, his name in the Cherokee syllabary is ᏁᎦᏅ ᏣᎳᎩᏍᏛᏅ, or Neganv Jaligstvn, the White/Yonega "One who brings wholeness and completion, becoming thoroughly rooted in the Cherokee spirit of working together."
With decades of experience as an early childhood educator serving US military families in America, Europe, and Asia, Nathan is passionate about creating a peaceful future for humanity, and creating conditions that honor the Creator with Truth and Nonviolence.
