Nathan Johnston-Chiszar is the father of three amazing neurodivergent young adults, and Founder of the Interaction Focused Family Institute.

So Nathan helps them establish relational and financial systems to strengthen family identity and steward generational wealth. Nathan is an internationally certified professional coach with decades of experience working with families in America, Europe, and Asia. He developed the Continuity Oriented Measure of Parental Alignment and Sovereign Security (COMPASS™) to aid families in mapping their strengths, and guide them in building 21st century stewardship capacity in the next generation.
Proud Citizen of the Cherokee Nation and direct descendant of Nancy Ward (Nanyehi), he holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from City University of Seattle, and a Doctorate in Education from California State University, Stanislaus.
