Nathan has decades of international experience working with families, using psychometrically valid assessments to improve caregiver-child interactions. He developed the Child Oriented Measure of Parental Alignment and Sustainable Security (COMPASS™) to aid families in creating their own Family Legacy System, Family Governance Operating Manual, and Family Constitution to implement an Interaction FocusEd family trust.
Nathan stands for the unique spiritual and cultural identity of every child, and the heartbeat of the family hero passed down from time immemorial. Proud Citizen of the Cherokee Nation citizen and direct descendant of Nancy Ward (Nanyehi), he holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from City University of Seattle, and a Doctorate in Education from California State University, Stanislaus.
