Nathan Johnston-Chiszar is the father of three amazing neurodivergent young adults, proud Citizen of the Cherokee Nation, and Founder of the Interaction Focused Family Institute.
Entrepreneurial families hire him to lock in their Sovereign Family Operating System because most inherit wealth, but few inherit a system to move the next generation forward under pressure. So Nathan helps them establish relational and financial systems to strengthen family identity and steward generational wealth. Bottom line: they establish a Rockefeller-style family trust within 1 year.
Nathan is an internationally certified professional coach with decades of experience working with families in America, Europe, and Asia. He developed the Continuity Oriented Measure of Parental Alignment and Sovereign Security (COMPASS™) to aid families in mapping their strengths, and guide them in building 21st century stewardship capacity in the next generation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from City University of Seattle, and a Doctorate in Education from California State University, Stanislaus.
